Obituary of Edward John Daley

DALEY - It is with great sadness that the family of Edward John Daley announces his passing on Sunday, September 7, 2008. Ed was born on September 4, 1938 and was predeceased by his father Thomas Daley; father-in-law and mother-in-law Frank and Emma Siniawski; niece Michelle Karasin and nephew Derek Sklarchuk. He is lovingly remembered by his beloved wife Marlene; his mother Kathleen; his children, Lisa and Todd Schlamp, Laurie Daley, Steve and Eden Daley, Susan and Warren Seida; his grandchildren, Taylor, Serena, Austin, Amber and Jacob; sisters, Joan (Martin) Karasin, Marguerite (Hank) Sklarchuk; sisters-in-law, Eva (Richard) Hagel, Loraine Siniawski, Elaine Siniawski; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and countless close friends. Ed enjoyed his time in the great outdoors to the fullest. His love for hunting, fishing, nature and wildlife was known by all who knew him. He also took great pleasure in frequently playing cards with family and friends, but his greatest joy was always found in his family and spending time with his grandchildren. Ed's family wishes to extend a special thanks to Dr. Paul, Dr. McMillan, Dr. Koul and the staff of Palliative Care Services. Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 12, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Faith Lutheran Church, 370 McIntosh Street North, Regina, with Pastor Darlene Harrison officiating.
