Obituary of Joseph William Fazakas

FAZAKAS - Joseph William Fazakas, age 91 years, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 27, 2008. Predeceased by his parents Emre and Apollonia; four brothers and three sisters; one son-in-law Mark Bartlett, Joe is survived by his loving wife Ida; his children: Jerry (Svetlana) of Regina, Rita Bartlett of Brandon, Anita (Ken) Weinberger of Calgary, Ray (Marilyn) of Regina; five grandchildren, Cory, Chris, John, Regan and Candace, and four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Mike (Elaine) and Tony (Noela); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, October 2, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. in Holy Cross R. C. Church, 315 Douglas Avenue East, Regina with Rev. Norman Marcotte presiding.
