Obituary of Catherine Mary Keir

KEIR - CATHERINE MARY, late of Regina, passed away peacefully Friday, October 3, 2008 at the age of 93. Predeceased by her parents William and Joan Prentice; her husband Norman Allan Keir; and her brothers-in-law Ralph and Ty; Catherine is survived by her sons, Bill, and Bob (Donna); grandchildren: Robbie (Leanne), Barb (Ken), David (Alicia), Terry, Scott, Jason, Cheryl (Greg), Crystal (Nathan); great-grandchildren: Eric, Jordan, Katie, Emily, Madison, and Jacob; sisters, Bernice and Audrey (BC); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation for family and friends to be held at Speers Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service and Celebration of Catherine's Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina with Rev. Ken Powers officiating. Interment in Regina Memorial Gardens. Donations may be made, in lieu of flowers, to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina SK, S4P 2R3.
