Obituary of Muriel Erma England

ENGLAND Sunday, November 16, 2008 Mrs. Muriel Erma England, age 93 years, passed away in Regina, following a brief hospital stay. Predeceased by her parents Alexander and May, her husband Bill, and her four sisters Myrtle, Kay, Phyllis and Pat. Muriel is survived by eight nieces and nephews; eleven great-nieces and nephews; and four great-great-nieces and nephews. Muriel was born on her parents farm, near Wapella, in April, 1915. She worked for the Singer Sewing Machine Company during WWII, teaching Saskatchewan women to sew. She married Bill England on November 16, 1949. Memorial service will be held Thursday, November 20, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina with the Rev. Jim Balfour officiating.
