Obituary of Lucy Petersen

LUCY MAE? PETERSEN Mae Petersen died peacefully at Extendicare Sunset on Friday, October 12, 2012, two weeks after her 93rd birthday. She was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Lucy Stewart; her husband, Harold; two sisters, Mildred Stewart and Fay (Duncan) McMillan; one brother, Gordon Stewart; one son, Cliff Petersen; one grandson, Tim Daku; two brothers-in-law, Burge (Muriel) Petersen and Torney Petersen. She is lovingly remembered by her sons, Lloyd (Marilyn) of Hodgeville, SK, and Murray of Moose Jaw, SK; daughters, JoAnne (Ross) Campbell of Glen Innis, NSW, Australia and Margaret (Wayne) Daku of Regina, SK; daughters-in-law, Karla Petersen of Mazenod and Norma Petersen of Regina, and their families; 14 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and one sister-in-law, Audrey Petersen of Edmonton, AB, several nieces, nephews and many friends. Funeral Service will be held at the Pilot Butte School, Pilot Butte, SK, on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Regina Memorial Gardens. Flowers gratefully declined.
