Obituary of John Hilton Campbell

CAMPBELL, JOHN HILTON (JERRY) of Milestone, formerly of Corinne, SK, died peacefully at the age of 73 after fighting a 25-year battle against Emphysema with fortitude and tenacity. Predeceased by his parents; two brothers; two sisters; four brothers-in-law; and a special granddaughter, Lisa Donovan. He is lovingly survived by his wife of 54 years, Bina; daughters Coy (Cliff) Strickland, Ida (Randy) Donovan; grandchildren Bill, Mike (Nicole), Vicki and Kelly Strickland, Dave (Rhea) Donovan; great-grandchildren Woody, Riley, Kennedy, Jamie and Chase; three sisters, two sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of Jerrys life will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. in Milestone United Church with Rev. Kevin Johnston officiating. Interment of ashes in Milestone Cemetery.
