Obituary of Henry Wagner

HENRY WAGNER It is with great sadness and love that we announce the passing of Henry Wagner, late of Southey, at the age of 84 years. Beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend. Born March 19, 1928 to Karl and Pauline Wagner, Henry passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife Gerry; his beloved children, son Sheldon (Bonny), daughter Cathy (Dale); his dearly loved grandchildren, Shawn, Crystal, Danny, Amy, Barret, Brenden, Stephan and Stephanie; ten great-grandchildren; his mother-in-law Margaret Hugel; four brothers; six sisters; Gerrys family; and nieces and nephews. Henry lived a life full of compassion, generosity and kindness, and was a friend to all. Henry will be forever remembered and will live in the hearts of his family. He will be greatly missed. Memorial Service will be held at the Markinch Hall, Markinch, SK on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Intern Pastor Janice Whitelock. A private family interment will be held at Wheatwyn Cemetery at a later date. We wish to thank both the Cupar and Regina Ambulance Service as well as the staff at the Regina General Hospital Emergency for their care and compassion given Henry and our family during a very difficult time.
