Obituary of Corporal David Robert William Braun

BRAUN - It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Corporal David Robert William Braun at the age of 27 in the service of his country on Tuesday, August 22, 2006. Predeceased by his father Blaine in 1994. David is survived by his mother Patty of Raymore, his sister Daina, and his brothers Michael and Chris, all of Regina. David took all of his schooling in Raymore, SK and worked in Watson, SK before realizing his dream of joining the Armed Forces in February 2002. Funeral Service will be held in Raymore at the school gymnasium on Thursday, August 31 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Rey Dahlen and Padre David Wilson officiating. Private interment will follow at Raymore Cemetery. If friends so desire they may make a donation in lieu of flowers to the Corporal David Braun Memorial Raymore School Student Enhancement Program. Donations will be accepted at the Raymore Savings and Credit Union, P.O. Box 460, Raymore, SK S0A 3J0.
