Obituary of Bernice Helene Howard

HOWARD, Bernice Helene - A very special woman completed her journey here on Earth at the age of 82 years on Saturday, September 23, 2006 at the Pasqua Hospital, Regina. Predeceased by her parents Jacob and Karoline Leib; her husband of fifty-five years, Bart in 2005; two brothers, Leonard and George Leib, Bernice is survived by her daughter Wendy Fayad-Dennis and children, Shyloe Fayad, Dalton Fayad and Donovan Dennis; son Fred Howard and children, Morgan, Cameron and Kerry, and their mother Susan; four great grandchildren, Giles, Bede, Sebastien, Mae; one sister Irene (Ed) Rein; two sisters-in-law, Mary Leib (Regina) and Jean Leib (Langley, BC); uncle Ernie (Wynne) Sauer (KeLowna, BC). Bernice loved music, dancing, animals and birds. She was a perfectionist and her home and yard showed it. The family wish to thank the dedicated staff of 2E at Pioneer Village, Wecare, the nursing staff and Dr. Jarikre of 3B at the Pasqua Hospital, for their compassionate care of Bernice, and a special thanks to Gerri and Barb. Memorial Service will be held Friday, September 29, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in Grace Lutheran Church, 1037 Victoria Avenue, Regina, with Rev. Glen Stever officiating. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park. Flowers most gratefully declined.
