Obituary of Joan Margaret Hillmer

HILLMER - On Sunday, October 15, 2006 Joan Margaret Hillmer, late of Regina, formerly of Assiniboia, passed away at the age of 87 years. Predeceased by her parents; husband Sidney in 1996; son Barry, in infancy; daughter-in-law Judy; one brother; and one sister. Joan is survived by her three daughters, Linda; Noreen (Lloyd) Aasen and their children Dale and Danielle; Betty Ann; son Larry (Laura) and their children Mark, Mitchell and MacKenzie; one sister Sylvia (Tom) Baker; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The family wish to express their appreciation to Sunset Extendicare staff for their compassionate care. Funeral Service was held on Thursday, October 19, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. in Westhill Park Baptist Church, 8025 Sherwood Drive, Regina with Rev. Henry Friesen and Rev. Ron Phillips officiating. Interment was held on Friday, October 20th at 1:00 p.m. at Congress, SK. Flowers gratefully declined. Friends so wishing may make donations, in memoriam, to the Autism Resource Centre, P.O.
