Obituary of Alice Marie Cantin

CANTIN - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Alice Marie Cantin (nee Moulin) on December 8, 2006 at the age of 94. She passed away peacefully with her family by her side. Predeceased by her parents Etienne and Jeanne Marie Moulin; her husband, Joseph in 1990; three brothers, Andrew, Paul, and Fern; one sister Germaine; and a great grandchild Ricky Cantin. She will be sadly missed by her family, sons, Raymond (Rose-Marie) of Lumsden, Rene (Betty), Dennis (Doris) of P.E.I.; daughter Theresa (Peter) Guerin; loving brother and sister, Marcel Moulin of Ontario, and Lucy Therens (for the past 16 years, Lucy and Alice have been there for each other), 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild will dearly miss her, as will numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2006 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, with Rev. John Weckend presiding. Interment in Regina Memorial Gardens.
