Obituary of Warren Edmund Mickleborough

MICKLEBOROUGH - Warren Edmund passed away peacefully with his loving wife and family at his side on December 10, 2006 at the age of 82 years. Predeceased by his parents Norman and Celia. Leaving to cherish his memory is Dorothy, his wife of 59 years; daughter Valerie (Allan) Miller and family, Vanessa (Shawn) Hodgins and Kaiden, Melissa (Evan) Hunchak; son Dwight (Pat) and family, Barry (Leah), Amy (Paul) Moroz and McKinley, Joni (Scott) Goebel and Mathew and Jacey and daughter Cindy (Roy) Steele and family, Deon and Dustin Kellsey, Michael, Nicole and Janelle Steele. He is also survived by his sister Elaine Snitzler; brothers Clifford (Nita) and Wayne (Margaret) and Aunt Eunice Seekins; also nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Warren was born on January 28, 1924 and grew up on the family farm at Grand Coulee. He was dedicated to farming. He enjoyed raising charolais cattle and exotic poultry. One of Warrens many interests was researching the Mickleborough family history. He was very proud of his children and grandchildrens many accomplishments. Warren will be remembered for his quiet love, smiles shared, stories told, hugs given and memories made. The family extends their sincere appreciation for the care provided by the doctors and staff of 3E at the Regina General Hospital and Regina Wascana Grace Hospice. The Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina with Mary Beth Nicks Barbour officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Arthritis Society, 110 - 2550 - 12th Avenue, Regina S4P 3X1.
