Obituary of Norman William NAIMISH

NAIMISH - On Wednesday, January 10, 2007 Norman (Nick) Naimish passed away. Predeceased by his wife, Rosa (Kaminski), his sister, Lynn Naimish and brothers Don and Bill, Nick is survived by his sisters Mary Spasoff (Regina) and Evelyn McCann (Jackson, MI) and brothers John (Napa, CA), George (Sonoma, CA), Victor (Calgary) and Stan (Regina), as well as many nieces and nephews. He was born in Regina on March 18, 1924 and received his early schooling here. He attended the University of Saskatchewan and worked for a short time for the Department of Highways. He then attended the University of Oklahoma where he obtained his degree in Petroleum Engineering. For many years he worked at SaskPower. Until recently he was an active member of the Wascana Country Club and the YMCA. Memorial Service will be held at St. Marks Lutheran Church, 3510 Queen Street, Regina on Tuesday, January 16, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Craig Moeller officiating. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park. Flowers gratefully declined.
