Obituary of Olfrid Louise St.Onge

ST.ONGE - Saturday, January 13, 2007, Louise St.Onge, late of Regina, passed away at the age of 98 years. Predeceased by her parents; husband Leo in 1991; one brother Ivar Skogstad; three sisters, Kjerlaug Whitford, Milda Bjerke and Sophie Quaal, Louise is survived by her three daughters, Lynette McEachern (Ron), Yvette Blanchard (Brent) and Betty St.Onge, all of Regina; four grandchildren, Tim McEachern (Sheryl) of St. Albert, AB, Alan McEachern, Darryl Blanchard (Sheri) and Janita Blanchard, all of Regina; seven great-grandchildren, Brian McEachern (Sheri) of Edmonton, AB, Kevin McEachern of St. Albert, AB, Kyle and Larissa McEachern, Darian Blanchard, Cody Blanchard and Zachary Blanchard, all of Regina; sister-in-law Beatrice Tourigny of Regina; numerous nieces and nephews. Louise enjoyed music. She played the piano, guitar and organ, and loved to sing. Her hobbies included crocheting, sewing, tatting, and loved flower gardening. She enjoyed listening to the Roughrider games, loved shopping, and enjoyed her years living at Palliser Place and QuAppelle House. Honorary Pallbearers are her four grandchildren, Tim, Alan, Darryl and Janita. Visitation for family and friends on Tuesday, January 16, 2007 from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, January 17 at 1:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel with Rev. H. Nachtigall officiating. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park.
