Obituary of Rita Elaine Maria

MARIA - Rita passed away January 19, 2007 in Regina at the age of 63 years. Rita was predeceased by her husband John in 1995, her parents Anna and Royden Glen, sisters-in-law Shirley and Barb Glen. Rita is survived by her two children, Anne (Colin) Young and Michael, grandchildren, Christopher Fiacco, Jenna and Stephanie Young, and by brothers, Don, Al (Suzanne), Gord, Merv (Maureen) and sister Jean (Don) Quiring, and numerous nieces and nephews. Michael cared for his mother, he remained at her bedside in the last several months and assisted her throughout her illness until her passing. The family wish to thank all those who provided care and support to Rita. Prayers will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina on Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at 11:00 am in Holy Rosary Cathedral, 3125 - 13th Avenue, Regina with Rev. John Weckend presiding. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park.
