Obituary of Zdenek Frank Martinovsky

MARTINOVSKY - On Wednesday, February 14, 2007, Dr. Zdenek Martinovsky passed away at the Pasqua Hospital at the age of 77 years, after a brief illness. Zdenek was born March 27th, 1929 in Mantin, Czech Republic. He was predeceased by his parents Otto and Svatava. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; daughter, Svatava (Andrew) Mueller; son Zdenek Jr.; granddaughters, Michelle and Heather Beaulieu; sister Dana Stollrov and her family in Slovakia; as well as many friends in the Czech Republic. At Dr. Martinovskys request, there will be no service. Cremation will take place and his remains will be taken to his homeland at a later date. Special thanks to Dr. E. Abd-Elmessih, Dr. J.
