Obituary of Anne Kangles

KANGLES, ANNE - On Saturday, February 24th, 2007 Anne Kangles of Regina Beach passed away peacefully at the Grace Hospice after a year long, courageous battle with cancer. Anne was born November 30, 1923 in Rock Island, Illinois. Anne is predeceased by her parents Andrew and Meta Gianulis of Rock Island, Illinois. She is survived be her husband of 61 years Harry G. Kangles, her two sons George (Ismahen) and children Jamelie, Yasmine (Jason) all of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Nick (Valerie) and children Sarah, Caitlin, Paul and Lauren all of Calgary, Alberta; her brother John (Mary Jane) Gianulis and sister Mary Gianulis of Rock Island, Illinois, her sister Kathy (Ed) Francis of Phoenix, Arizona; also several nephews and nieces. Prayers will be held on Monday, February 26th at 7:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 27th, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. in St. Pauls Greek Orthodox Church, 3000 Argyle Road, Regina, with Father Spiridon Vandoros officiating. Interment in Regina Beach Cemetery. Reception to follow at Regina Beach Memorial Hall.
