Obituary of Lylas Margaret Filson

FILSON - On Sunday, February 25, 2007, Lylas Margaret Filson passed away at the age of 84. Predeceased by her parents, Iver and Anna Johnson; son, Ross in 1985; sister, Irene McArthur; brother-in-law Don McArthur; sister-in-law, Audrey; daughter-in-law, Gaylene. Lylas is survived by her husband, Russ; sons, Geof (Sue), Neil and Brett; daughter, Andrea (Ray) Stewart; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 1, 2007 at Wesley United Church, 3913 Hillsdale Street with Rev. John Haas and Kim Antosh officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Scleroderma Association of Saskatchewan, 465 Willow Bay, Estevan, SK S4A 2G3 or a charity of your choice.
