Obituary of Dr. Henry Bernstein

Dr. Henry Bernstein November 20, 1918 - March 27, 2007 Henry, beloved husband of Kaye, passed away peacefully at the age of 88 years old at the Santa Maria Nursing Home on March 27, 2007. He is survived by his children, Mark and Suzanne Bernstein, Marguerite and Ian Suchet, and grandchildren Oren and Helen, Ilan, Ryan, Danielle and Lloyd, as well as his sister Tilly Friedman. Henry will especially be remembered for his humanitarian work with tuberculosis at the Henry Bernstein Chest Hospital in Sharpeville, South Africa. A private cremation ceremony will take place. The family wishes to thank the 3rd floor nursing staff of Santa Maria for their compassionate care.
