Obituary of Doris Kathleen Edel

EDEL - Doris Kathleen passed away peacefully at Sunset Extendicare on Monday, April 9, 2007 at the age of 81. Predeceased by her parents; two sisters Lois Ring and Florence Bast; one brother, Fred Whiteman; first husband, Bernhard Doerksen; two stepsons, William Doerksen and James Edel, Doris is survived by her loving husband, Fred; granddaughter, Jacqueline (Gerald); one stepson, Bernhardt (Linda) Doerksen of Quesnell, BC; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2007 at St. Marys Anglican Church, 3337 - 15th Avenue, Regina with Rev. Derek Nicholls officiating. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations, in memory of Doris, may be made to the Orange Benevolent Fund, Box 160, Indian Head, SK S0G 2K0.
