Obituary of Dora Evelyn Crippin

CRIPPIN - Dora E. passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at the age of 87 years. Dora was born March 27, 1920. She was predeceased by her mother Hilda in 1971; her father William in 1979; her brother Willy in 2001; her sister Hilda and brother-in-law Ken Woolsey. Dora is survived by nephews Bill (Susan) Crippin and family of Calgary, AB, Hoby (Marlene) Crippin and family of Sherwood Park, AB; nieces Tracey and Wayne Schwartz and family of Grand Coulee, SK, Tammey and Lyndon Heinemann and family of North Battleford, SK; and sister-in-law Joyce Crippin of Regina. Dora went to Kitchener School and Scott Collegiate. She worked at Sears for 42 years. While at Sears she took up bowling and golfing and continued on after she retired on August 31, 1982. Her hobby was knitting, mainly socks for her dad and brother. She kept on knitting socks for her nephews which kept her very busy. At Doras request there will be no funeral service.
