Obituary of Rita Elizabeth Poissant

POISSANT " Rita E. Poissant (nee Biegler) 1928 " 2007, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2007, with her youngest son Ren at her side. Rita is survived by her husband of fifty-seven years, Roger; sons, Gene (Fita) of Calgary, AB and children, Celine and Ian, Paul (Tina) of Calgary, AB and children, Julia and Luke, Rock (Bonnie) of Regina, SK and children, Daniel, Jennifer and Jeffery, and Ren of Okotoks, AB; three sisters, Dorothy Seibel, Roselyn (William) Paisley and Anne (Nowell) Stables, all of Regina; sister-in-law Laurette Parent of Sedley, SK, brother-in-law Marcel (Donna-Mae) Poissant of Lebret, SK and sister-in-law Jackie Meyer of Regina, SK. She was predeceased by her parents Ignatius and Anna; one brother Cyril and four sisters, Mary, Irene, Geraldine and Mildred. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, May 4, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Jean-Baptiste R.C. Church, 2517-25th Avenue, Regina, with Rev. Gary Kuntz presiding. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park.
