Obituary of Debra Arlene Carson

CARSON, DEBRA ARLENE (nee Moore) It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, and great aunt, Debra Arlene Carson. Debra passed away on May 14, 2007, surrounded by her loved ones. Debra was predeceased by her father, Douglas Albert Moore, and father-in-law, Clifford Carson. She is survived by her husband, Thomas, and daughter, Katherine, as well as her sister, Teresa Moore-Orlowski (Stephen) and family, brothers and sisters-in- law, Jean Hermann (Calvin) and family, Jane Morgan and family, Shirley Pyle (Ron) and family, Joe Carson and family, Kim Carson (special friend Lona) and family and other family in Calgary; mother-iin-law Audrey. Debra was born January 29, 1954 at Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. She was married to Tom in 1973 and they celebrated their 33rd anniversary last December. Aunt Deb was appreciated by parents and loved by the many children she nurtured, molded and guided during her 33 years as a child care provider. Caring for these children was one of the most fulfilling and glorifying experiences of her life. Deb utilized her artistic flair in decorating her own home as well as operating an interior design business for a number of years. Debs bright smile and witty sarcasm will be missed by all. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2007 from 3:00 " 4:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue (use College Avenue entrance). There will be a Come-and-Go Memorial Luncheon at a later date. Debs family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial tributes be made to the charity of the donors choice.
