Obituary of Walter Vlado Kos

KOS " Walter Vlado, born on May 21, 1933 in Mraclin Croatia, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2007 two days before his 74th birthday. Walter immigrated to Canada and settled in Regina in 1957, where he resumed working in his trade as a plumber. He made many friends throughout his life and was thought of as a gentle man. Walter leaves to mourn his wife of 55 years Ita, two sons; Tony (Carol) and their children Kristina (Clint McConnachie) and Stephanie. Bozidar (Lois) and their children Ryan, Lauren and Jordan as well as many nieces and nephews in Croatia. Prayer service will be held Wednesday May 23, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel 2136 College Ave, Regina. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday May 24, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. in Holy Child Parish 2636 7th Ave East with Rev. John Weckend presiding. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park.
