DRAPER " On Thursday, June 7, 2007, Arthur Preston Draper passed away at the age of 59 years. Predeceased by his father, James, Arthur is survived by his son, Noah (Tara); his mother Marian; one brother, Robert, all of Regina. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina with Rev. Jim Balfour officiating. Interment in Regina Memorial Gardens.
