Obituary of Milton Sanfield McKnight

McKNIGHT " Milton Sanfield McKnight passed away June 10, 2007 at the age of 85 after a short battle with cancer. Milton was born and raised on a farm near Ponteix, Saskatchewan with his three brothers and three sisters. Milton was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces and served in Europe during World War II. Milton was predeceased by his wife, Agnes; parents, Fred and Agnes McKnight; brother, Wilfred; and sister Evelyn. Milton is survived by his brothers, Harold, Saskatoon, Elden, Victoria; sisters, Luella, Victoria and Audeline, Saskatoon; sons, Barry (Linda) McKnight, Bruce (Laureen) McKnight; grandchildren; Jason (Mary), Calgary, Leigh, Dallas and Lauren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at the Palliative Care Unit Pasqua Hospital and a very special thank you to Lynn and Pam and all the staff at William Booth Wascana Grace Hospice. At Milts request there will be no funeral service. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a donation, in memory, to the William Booth Special Care Home, 50 Angus Road, Regina S4R 8P6.
