Obituary of Alice Mildred Waller

ALICE WALLER A wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Alice passed away peacefully Friday, March 2, 2012. She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted husband of 64 years, Roy; her sons Tom (Flora) and Bob (Sherlyn); her precious grandchildren Marnie (Graham), John, Scott, Brittany, Jessie, Kyle and Eric; her sister Molly; brother John (Yvonne); sisters-in-law Marg, Elaine and Vi; and numerous nieces and nephews. Alice was predeceased by her parents, Lillian and Thomas Collins; her siblings Michael, Malcolm, George, Catherine and Betty; brothers-in-law Ollie, Ronan, Henry and Bob; sister-in-law Lil; special niece Carole and special nephew John. Alice will always be remembered for her kind and gentle spirit and her warm smile. She enjoyed travelling, playing bridge, family gatherings and especially attending concerts and sporting events involving her grandchildren of whom she was immensely proud. Alice was an extraordinary influence on many lives and her modest nature wont soon be forgotten. She was a comfortable person to be around. A Celebration of Alices Life will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Special thanks to Alices niece Cathy Kyle for all her help and the staff at William Albert House for their excellent support over the past few weeks.
