Obituary of Clarence David Potter
POTTER - Clarence David passed away on November 14, 2005 in Regina. Clarence was born on a farm near Richard, SK on July 12, 1916. He lived and farmed in this area until he moved to North Battleford in 1957 where he pursued a career as a carpenter and contractor. In 1986 he moved to Regina to be close to family. Clarences first love was building, but he was also an avid gardener, rock collector and recycler. Clarence loved to make others laugh. He was a good friend and neighbour to all. Predeceased by his parents Ernest and Minnie; brothers, Will, Frank, and Roy; sisters, Ruth Nelson, and Lillian Broste. Clarence is survived by his loving wife of sixty-four years, Pearl; daughters, Gloria (Jim) Moore, Sharon (Frank) Potter-Kemmer, and Catherine (Wayne) Dziad; grandchildren, Karren (Mario) Ferreira, Shelley (Greg) Moore, and Brent Moore; five great-grandchildren; brother Ralph (Alice) Potter. Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. at Campbell Care Home 5800 4th Avenue, Regina, with Rev. Robin Osborne officiating.
