Obituary of Mary Stetner

STETNER, Mary (nee Lutz). On December 9, 2005, our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Mary Stetner, passed away after failing health, at the age of 92. The 3rd of 7 children born to Josef and Barbara Lutz, Mary was born in Regina, Saskatchewan in 1913. She was predeceased by husband Anton (Tony) in 1999; her parents Josef and Barbara Lutz, two brothers Mathias and Joseph; four sisters Katherine, Margaret, Barbara and Rose and daughter-in-law Lorna Stetner. She will be deeply missed by her family: Norman and Cecilia of Regina; grandson Anton (Audrey) of Calgary and great-grandson Mark of Bremerton, Wa.; granddaughter Michelle (Wayne) Kirby and great-grandsons Justin (Kristine) and Neil of Regina; grandson Douglas (Nell) of Brisbane, Qld. Australia; Gerald and Emily of Qualicum Beach, B.C.; Donald of Regina and granddaughters Lindsay Stetner (Kristian) and Lesley of Regina; Robert and Marlene and grandsons Sean and Jason of Regina; sisters-in-law Madelaine Lutz of Regina and Alice Lutz of Burnaby, B.C. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1909 Ottawa St. at 1:30 PM. Interment at Regina Memorial Gardens. The family expresses a special thank you to the caregivers at Glendalough Care Home and Parkview Lodge.
