Obituary of Annie Marusiak

MARUSIAK, ANNIE Annie died suddenly on Saturday, December 10, 2005. She was born February 3, 1922 to George and Mary Presakarchuk in Sheho, SK. She and her family moved to a homestead in Manning, AB (Peace River region) in 1929. She lived there until her marriage to Fred Marusiak from Regina on July 12, 1951. She worked at various jobs including Robert Simpsons Co. Her main joy was her family especial her two precious grandchildren. She is predeceased by her parents, her husband Fred Marusiak, her sister Katie Presakarchuk, her sister Doris Kurlovich, her brother Bill Presakarchuk. She is survived by her three children Mary Jane Spurr (Chris) of Regina, Alan of Regina and Donna Schell (Dennis) of Kitchener, ON; her two special grandchildren Kathleen and Matthew Wilson, both of Regina; her two remaining brothers John Presakarchuk of Manning, AB and Mike Presakarchuk of Lacombe, AB; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue with Rev. Dr. Dennis Lueck officiating. Interment in Regina Cemetery.
