ELAINE JOYCE McPHEE-CULL
MARCH 5, 1940 - DECEMBER 21, 2005
Predeceased by her father Wilfred in 1981 she leaves behind her loving husband Harvey Cull and her children Lanny (Carrie) LaVanway of Regina, Brad LaVanway of Oregon, U.S.A., Michelle (Joe) Laturnas of Kronau and Desi (Shawna) LaVanway of Sedley; seven grandchildren: Amber, Tiffany, Jessie, Drew, Brett, Jasmine and Taylor; her mother Bessie of Weyburn; sister Jeanette of Weyburn. She was also "mommy to her two dogs. Suzy, who Elaine called "the sweetest little thing and Shep, who she referred to as "faithful. Elaine was born on the family farm near Ceylon, SK. She later moved to Regina and worked for the CIBC. When her job moved out of province she took early retirement and after taking training in England, started her own china restoration and repair business. She was an avid antique collector going to numerous auctions and garage sales. Elaine was a very talented home decorator, artist, seamstress and could master any challenge that came to her. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 24, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina. Interment will be in Ceylon Cemetery with a Graveside Service at 2:00 p.m. Special thanks to the Palliative Care Unit at the Pasqua Hospital.
