Obituary of Emilie Mildred Ast

AST 1907 - 2005 Millie Ast (nee Gerber) passed away peacefully on Friday December 30, 2005 with family by her side. Millie was predeceased by her parents, husband Frank, son Earl, two brothers Dick and Joe and one sister Katherine Hicks. She is survived by her son Clifford (Thelma), daughter in-law Delores Ast, grandsons, Jeff (Bonnie), Craig (Eileen), Calvin (Heather), David (Cathy), Bob (Louise) and numerous great-grand children. Brother in-laws Norm (Edith) Ast, Bill (Matilda) Ast and their families. Millie was well known for her kindness and caring personality that she showed to all who came in contact with her. She will be remembered for her countless hours of volunteering, making crafts and knitting for many organizations. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Regina Lutheran Home, 1925 5th Avenue, Regina Sask, with Pastor Dennis Fingas officiating.
