Obituary of Rose Karchewski

KARCHEWSKI - On Tuesday, January 3, 2006 Rose Karchewski, late of Regina, passed away at the age of 96 years. Predeceased by her parents; husband, Tony in 1954; two sisters; five brothers; and two sons, Ted and Wes. Rose is survived by her three sons, Longene (Sally), Florian, and Val; twenty-four grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law Barb; sister, Helen Lewis; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the staff of Santa Maria Senior Citizens Home, 3rd Floor and Sister Denise, Director of Pastoral Care, for the wonderful care given to their mother. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 9, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Santa Maria Senior Citizens Home, 4215 Regina Avenue with Rev. Ken Koep presiding. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park. Flowers gratefully declined.
