Obituary of Helen Caroline Muchowski

MUCHOWSKI - Helen Caroline passed away in Regina on January 9, 2006 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by her loving husband, John in 1985. Also predeceased by brothers Joe, John and Fred Pielak and sisters-in-law Marie and Julie. She is survived by her children: Paulette (Martin) Malach, Raymond (Fern) Muchowski, Loraine (Warren) Harris, Rose (Ivan) Paska; grandchildren: Lana (Gord) Stephanson, Lisa (Gary) Kowalchuk, Sarina (Chad) Baker, Jason (Lindsay) Muchowski, Rhea (David) Donovan, Michael Paska, friend (Mel); great-grandchildren: Lindsay, Meagan, Adam and Luke Stephanson, Tanner and Chelsea Kowalchuk, Katelyn and Emily Muchowski, Mykayle Jaegli, Jayden Baker; sisters, Phyllis (Joe) Manowich and Mary Matwiy; sister-in-law Hilda Pielak; and numerous nieces, nephews and caring friends. Prayers will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, January 12, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. in Holy Child R. C. Church, 2636 - 7th Avenue East with Rev. A Vandendriessche presiding. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park. Flowers most gratefully declined. Many thanks to the staff at Wascana Extended Care Unit 2-5 and Regina General Hospital Unit 5A for their kindness and care. Also, thanks to all the Health Care people who helped her over her 83 years. A strong woman, who used her battles with pain to strengthen her faith. Always busy and ready to help her church, community, friends and family. Never complaining and happiest when surrounded by her beloved family.
