Brown, Jack Huntingdon July 13, 1911 - January 11, 2006
Jack Huntingdon Brown died peacefully at 94 years of age on Wednesday, January 11, 2006 in the company of his family at Sunset Extendicare in Regina. Jack was born in Pierson, Manitoba and lived most of his working life in Regina and Milden, Saskatchewan. He retired to Saskatoon and returned to live in Regina for the past four years. He was a member of the R.C.A.F. during World War II and served for 4 years in North Africa and Europe. He always considered it a great honour to have represented his country. He was predeceased by his cherished wife Marjorie Rose (Antcliffe) and will be remembered and loved by his daughter Barbara and son-in-law John from Toronto, his son Jim and daughter-in-law Dianne and grandsons David and Colin from Regina, and his son Don from Calgary. We will miss his sense of humour, his gentle nature and the kindness he showed towards all people. The family would like to thank the staff at Sunset and Ashton Manor who provided him with such good care. A private family service will be held with interment to be held later at Riverside Memorial Park in Regina.
