Obituary of Donald Eugene McGeough

McGEOUGH - On Saturday, January 28, 2006, Donald Eugene McGeough, late of Regina, passed away at the age of 83 years. Predeceased by his parents, Bernard and Anna McGeough, his brothers, Bernard and James, and sister Kathryn, Don is survived by his loving wife of fifty-six years, Marie (Tonita); his daughters, Irene Harris and Patsy (Gerry) Bialowas; his sons, Bernie (Marlene), Mick (Angie), Tim (Laurie), James (Nina) and Allan (Teresa); seventeen grandchildren, Jason (Christine), Jody, Paul, Michael, Jared, Jennifer, Matthew, Luke, Matt, Britney, Kara, Cam, Jake, Lauren, Maggie, Karlie and Isaac Boston; two great-grandchildren, Kodiak and Kolton. Don was born and raised on his parents homestead near Parry, SK and attended school in Wilcox at Notre Dame College, becoming one of Pers proud Hounds. His love of family and sports was very evident in his children. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. in Holy Family R.C. Church, 1021 McCarthy Blvd. N. with Rev. Brad Fahlman presiding. Private family interment at a later date. Flowers gratefully declined.
