Obituary of Steve John Nistor

STEVE NISTOR On Saturday, March 17, 2012 Steve passed away peacefully with his family by his side, at the age of 71 years. He will be lovingly remembered as a great husband, father, papa, brother and best friend. Steve was predeceased by his parents Bill and Agnes Nistor; sisters Agnes and Faye; and brothers Tony, Peter and Mike. He is survived by his wife Marge; children Rob (Jan), Mark (Gail), Troy (Shelley) and Marla (Jason) as well as his pride and joy; grandchildren Tyler, Kaitlyn, Turner, Chase, Carter, Makayla and Brayden; siblings Paul (Liz), Gus, Alec (Carol), Barbara Manz, Rosie Borbely, John (Nettie) and Mary Solomon; father and mother-in-law Gordon and Eileen as well as numerous other relatives. Special thanks to Dr. Kelly and Aaron from Saskatoon along with the caregivers on 5A at the Regina General Hospital. Funeral Mass will be held at Canadian Martyrs R.C. Church, 1932 1st Avenue North, Regina, SK on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Peter Thang Nguyen, officiating. The interment will take place at a later date.
