Obituary of Florence Beatrice Cleveland

CLEVELAND - Florence Beatrice (Betty) passed away peacefully at Extendicare Parkside, Regina, on Saturday, February 18, 2006, at the age of 83 years. Predeceased by her parents Sidney and Rachel Holman; her brother Lloyd; and her loving husband Earle, Betty will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter Colleen; son David (Gena); granddaughter Denise (Bill); great-grandsons, Jack and Charlie; sister Ileen (Frank); nieces and nephews. Betty was born November 21, 1922. She was a Corporal in the Canadian Forces. Her great passions were horses, gardening, travelling and cooking. She was a beautiful gentle soul. She loved gentle, quiet small things in nature - butterflies, birds, tiny flowers - things very much like her. She was much loved by all who knew her. Many, many thanks to all at Parkside who gave that little extra touch. A Funeral Service to celebrate Bettys life will be held at St. Matthews Anglican Church, 2161 Winnipeg Street, Regina at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 22nd.
