Obituary of Helen Madeline Thomas

THOMAS - On Tuesday, March 28, 2006 Helen Madeline Thomas passed away at the Regina General Hospital at the age of 94 years. Predeceased by her husband Harry in 1989, her son-in-law Dr. Frank Gorman in 2000, and her daughter Jacquelyn Gorman in 2004. Helen is survived by her six grandchildren, Tom (Joni) Gorman, Dr. Peter (Lorna) Gorman, Susan (Wes) Fawcett, Cathy (Larry) Mumford, Dr. Jamie Gorman, Jonathan (Lisa) Gorman; twelve great-grandchildren: Joshua, Paul, Kyle, Tyler, Bryce, Connor, Carly, Graham, Aime, Alexander, Samantha and Taylor. Helen was born and raised in Toronto. She married Harry Thomas December 6, 1930. They moved to Regina in 1988. Nana was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and dear friend. Nana considered her family most important. At Helens request there will be no funeral. Private family interment at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery.
