Obituary of Wanda Winnifred Frances Bowles

BOWLES - Wanda Winnifred Frances (Goldstone, Sinclair) of Regina passed away peacefully on Friday, April 21, 2006. She was predeceased her husband Ted (Bowles), 1982; her first husband, dear friend and father of her children Jim (James) Sinclair 2005; her parents Albert and Eula Goldstone; and her brother Lyle. She is survived by her children Lyle (Barb) Sinclair and children Amanda and Jonathon of Earl Grey, SK, Lynn (Dennis) Shambel and children Becky, Brad, Jonelle, Jarod and Jessica of Regina, Colleen (Bob) Lundy and son Sean of Regina, Doug (Diane) Sinclair and children Cooper and Joshua of Regina, Heather (Barry) Lawrence and children Alan, Jim and Michael of Meskanaw, SK. Wanda is also survived by her brothers Larry (Linda) Goldstone, Dan (Shannon) Goldstone and sister Beryl (Wendell) Lund and several nieces and nephews. Wanda was born near Odessa, SK. Wanda was very involved with bowling and managed the Golden Mile Bowling Lanes for many years. Upon retirement she moved to Regina Beach to enjoy her home, gardening and being a member of the Lioness Club. She moved back to Regina in 2002 and enjoyed going to bingo, playing cards and board games with family and grandchildren. We love you mom and grandma. According to Wandas wishes there will be no funeral service. Wanda will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, donations in Wandas memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 917A Albert Street, Regina, SK S4R 2P6 or the Memorial Research Fund, Saskatchewan Lung Association, 1231 8th Street East, Saskatoon, SK S7H 0S5.
