Obituary of Leora May Homersham

HOMERSHAM - Mrs. Leora May Homersham, age 92, passed away peacefully at Hillside Manor, R. R. 5 Stratford, ON on Sunday, June 4, 2006. Born in Winnipeg, daughter of the late Wallace Edmand and the former Florence Read. Leora moved to Stratford from Saskatoon in 1983. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Alfred Homersham who predeceased her in 1981. Loving mother of Thomas (Wally) Homersham and wife Darlene of Orangeville, Margaret (Midge) Sprenger and husband Robert of Corrales, New Mexico, Gail Robertson and husband Stewart of Stratford, ON. Cherished grandmother of Patrick and Michael Homersham, Daniel and Christopher Sprenger and Erin Robertson. Dear sister of Bernice Colvin and Raymond Edmand and wife Helen all of Winnipeg. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband she was predeceased by brother Murray Edmand and sister June Wittick. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Matthews Anglican Church, 2161 Winnipeg Street, Regina on Sunday, August 13, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. with Rev. Allan Higgs officiating.
