Obituary of Lisa Anne Donovan

DONOVAN - LISA ANNE, age 18 years, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Friday, June 9, 2006 at the Palliative Care Unit, Pasqua Hospital, Regina, SK. Lisa is the cherished daughter of Randy and Ida Donovan of Corinne, SK and the sister of David (Rhea) of Regina, and "Wink her faithful sidekick. She is survived by her grandparents Jerry and Bina Campbell of Milestone, SK, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins in Saskatchewan and Ontario. Lisa is predeceased by her grandparents John and Doris Donovan, late of Markdale, ON, and uncle, Ron Gostick, late of Flesherton, ON. Lisa attended school in Milestone until July 2004 when her battle with cancer began. For the next two years Lisa faced her challenge with courage and dignity. A Celebration of Lisas life will be held Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. in Milestone United Church, Milestone, SK with Rev. Kevin Johnston officiating. The family wishes to thank Doctors Haq, Morris and Clein, nurses Nancy, Colleen and Helen at the Alan Blair Pediatric Clinic, the nurses on 5-D and 3-A, and Jodi for their wonderful care and compassion. Also a big thank you to Louise, Joan and Michelle for being there always.
