Obituary of Fred Kozack

KOZACK, Fred - On June 22nd, 2006 Fred Kozack, born in Regina, passed away suddenly at the age of 70 years. Fred is predeceased by his mother and father, Agnes and John Kozack; mother and father-in-law, Elsie and George Gurney; brothers-in-law Ken Gurney, Doug Ramm, and George McCallum; and sister-in-law Eileen Fisher. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife Elaine (ne Gurney); sister Marie (Norm Latham); his children, Denise (Neil, Jay, and Tyler), Karen (Rob, Chantel, and Riley), Jeff (Kathryn, Chace, and Shai), and Tracy (Scott); sisters-in-law, Gladys (Jack), Jean (George), Shirley (Herb), Beatrice, Joan, Merilyn (Bryan); and brothers-in-law, Chuck (Marlene), George (Jean), Ron (Sue), and Ron Fisher. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, June 26th, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Lukes Anglican Church, 3233 Arygle Road, Regina, SK, with the Rev. Canon, Willie Lourens officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, Sunday, June 25, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Fred was employed with Sasktel for thirty-five years, enjoyed volunteer work and was an avid sports fan. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory to the, Canadian Diabetes Association, 917 A, Albert St. Regina Sk. S4R-2P6.
