Obituary of Angela Kim Obey

OBEY - On Friday, June 30, 2006, Angela Kim Obey went home to the Spirit World. Predeceased by her father, Lionel Obey in 1979; grandfathers, George Gambler and Joseph Obey; grandmother, Barbara Gambler; uncles, Brent Gambler, Roy Obey, Randy Gambler; aunts, Jewel Gambler, Marlyn Obey. Angie was a kind, loving, daughter, friend, niece and granddaughter. She will be forever missed by all people she touched in her young life. She leaves to mourn her mother, Germaine; step-father, Ed; companion, Harvey Kaye; son, Lionel; sisters, Charmaine (Casey) Corrinne, Karen; brother, Leon; sister, Karen Denim; Kokum Cora; special aunts and uncles, Rose Gosselin, Delbert Obey, John Keepness; as well as numerous nieces and nephews; special cousins, Danika Gambler, Jordy Obey Pasap; special aunts, Doreen Gambler, Brenda Strongarm. Special thanks to Antoinette Dubois, Annette, Bonnie and Faye and Bobby Cardinal who stayed and supported the family with the loss of Angie. A Traditional Wake will be held on Piapot Reserve, Piapot Community Hall on Thursday, July 6, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. with Rev. Ron Hooper and Elder Harry Francis officiating. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 7, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in Piapot Community Hall. Interment in Piapot Cemetery.
