Obituary of Rosario Louis Germain

ROSARIO LOUIS GERMAIN October 18, 1916 April 4, 2012 Rosario of Regina, SK born on a farm near Alida, SK passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Rosario will be lovingly remembered by Claire, his devoted wife of 70 years and his children: Dianne (Larry Lavan); Isabelle (Allan) Barker; Edna York; Margaret (Brian) Peet; Pauline Craggs; Maurice (Cynthia); Claude (Donna) and Bryant. His 25 grandchildren and his 35 great-grandchildren were a special joy in his life. He is also survived by his brother Roger from Estevan SK; his sister, Bernice Brownell of Garden Grove California and predeceased by his oldest brother, Jules and son-in law, Barry Craggs. Ross loved farming and creating various implements. He enjoyed many sport activities and hobbies. He will be cherished and remembered for his intelligence, creativity, integrity, wisdom and love. He will be greatly missed. Prayers will be held on Tuesday, April 10 at 7pm in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue Regina. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 12 at 4 pm in St Raphael Church, Cantal SK.
