John and I were friends in our early twenties. He helped me through one of the toughest times of my life. I could always count on John to make me laugh. He saw the light side of everything in life and made you too. His quick wit was like no other I've ever known. We were tight. I talked to him probably a year before he died and it was like we'd never been apart. It's September 2014 - approaching the third anniversary of his death, and he came to my mind. I googled him in hopes of finding his contact info so I could reach out and say hello. You can only imagine my devastation to learn of his untimely and tragic passing. I was shocked - he remained on my mind. It's like he reached out to me to let me know of his new journey. I love you John. You'll always be in my heart. I know you're out there bud. Love you always. xo
