Obituary of Gabriel Seitz

SEITZ - On Monday, April 11, 2005, Gabriel Seitz, late of Regina, went to be with his Lord and Savior at the age of 91 years. Predeceased by his parents Kaspar and Marion; son Henry; grandson Blake; brothers, John, Isador, Matt, Carl, Joe, George and Kaspar; sisters, Maggy, Helen, Katie, Mary, Clem and Tillie. Gabriel will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Margaret; children, Theresa (Cyriac) Weichel, Josie (Frank) Gaspar, Joe (Sandy), Albert (Marlene), Bernie (Kathy), Loretta (David) Maniel; his daughter-in-law Magdaline (Edwin) Pepper; nineteen grandchildren; thirty-five great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; two sisters Aliza (August) Ripplinger and Phil Hipfner; and sister-in-law Ann Seitz; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation for family friends will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2005 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 15th at 10:00 a.m. in Little Flower R. C. Church, 420 College Avenue with Rev. Bill Mahoney presiding. Flowers gratefully declined. Friends so wishing may make donations, in memoriam, to Regina Lutheran Home, 1925 - 5th Avenue North, Regina S4R 7W1 or to a charity of choice. Interment in Regina Memorial Gardens.
