Obituary of Alfred Edward Eistetter

Eistetter, Dr. Alfred Edward passed peacefully to his eternal life on May 21, 2005. Al dedicated his life to his family and the service of others. He earned his M.D. from Western University in London, Ontario. Post graduate training in Iowa, London, England, and Oxford, England for his M.R.C.O.G. He practiced his specialty in Regina for over 30 years - a well-loved and deeply respected physician. Al was predeceased by his parents and infant son Thomas. He is survived by his loving wife Dorothy, children Randy (Joan) Lee Ann, Kim (Jeff) Loffler, Lisa (Ian) Stewart, Todd (Kathleen), Lesley (Pat) Jimmo, thirteen grandchildren and one great- granddaughter. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Annes Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, May 25, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. There will be a private interment at Riverside Memorial Park at a later date. Flowers gratefully declined and donations may be made to Palliative Care Unit at the Pasqua Hospital Palliative Care Services, 4140 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan S4T 1A5. The family wishes to sincerely thank the nurses and doctors at Pasqua ER, 4A, and especially the Palliative Unit staff for their outstanding care and compassion. A special thanks to Drs. Moore, Clein, Casey, Duffy, Brown, and Marlene Glettler. Your professionalism and humanity was deeply appreciated by the family.
