Obituary of Lillian Patience Ormiston

ORMISTON - On Tuesday, June 21, 2005, Patience "Pat Ormiston, late of Parkside Extendicare, passed away at the age of 83 years. Predeceased by her husband Elmer in 1997; parents Frank and Lillian Bamford. Pat is survived by her daughter Evelyn Dawson (Dale Dawson) and their children, Cheryl and John, all of Regina. At Pats request there will be no funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in memoriam, to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan, #301 - 2550 12th Avenue, Regina S4P 3X1 and the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina S4P 2R3.
