Obituary of Michael Argan
ARGAN - Michael passed away peacefully on July 18, 2005 at the age of 82 years after a courageous battle with Alzheimer disease. Michael was predeceased by his mother Elena, his father Michel, his sister Mary and a brother John. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Ethel, his daughter Leslee (Maurice) Turmel, son Jim (Brenda) Argan, son John (Judi) Argan and his loving grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Bill (Helen) Argan and a special cousin Michael (Arlene) Reban. Born and educated in Regina, Michael was an active member of the business community for many years. He served in the Canadian Air force from 1942 -1946, a founding member of Saint Lukes Anglican Church, past president of the Regina Rotary Club, a member of the Wascana Country Club and for many years an active Shriner. A celebration of Michael's life will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, 142 Massey Road, Regina, Saskatchewan on Friday July 22, 2005 at 11:00 a.m., the Reverend James Buenting and the Reverend Allen Higgs officiating. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
